Letter PROUD to city of Groningen about new prostitution policy

PROUD has written a letter to the city of Groningen. Groningen proposes in their new prostitution policy to 'force' prostitutes to quit working.
Besides that Groningen wants to have illegal registration through intake interviews, legalize tresspassing and sexworkers are no longer allowed to continue working if they want to press charges for human trafficking. Groningen says that their own policy will encourage sexworkers to work without a permit, but doesn't see that as a reason to change their plans.
